The Ehtiraf Accounting Center app allows users to permanently delete their account and all associated data at any time. Follow the steps below to delete your account:

Steps to delete your account from within the app

1. Log in to your account using your registered mobile number.
2. From the Settings/Profile screen, select "Delete Account".
3. You will receive a verification code (OTP) via SMS to your registered mobile number.
4. Enter the verification code to confirm the deletion request.
5. Once confirmed, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

What data is deleted?

Upon confirming account deletion, the user's personal data (name, mobile number, email address) and their course enrollment and learning activity (content progress, exam and exercise attempts) are deleted.

Can't access the app?

You can request account deletion by contacting us directly at the center's phone number: 011-4777991, specifying the mobile number registered to your account, and we will delete the account and its data on your behalf within a reasonable period.
